Wellness Consultations
Initial Visit

This is where we begin.
We’ll take a deep dive into your full health history, symptoms, lifestyle, lab work, and goals. This visit includes time for a detailed intake, collaborative discussion, and an initial treatment plan. Lab testing may be ordered as needed, and referrals will be made when appropriate.
Follow-Up Visits

For ongoing care and progress tracking.
These visits are designed to review lab results, assess your response to treatment, and continue building your care plan over time. We’ll refine and adjust based on what’s working, what’s not, and where you’re headed.
Check-ins/Acutes

For brief follow-up needs or acute concerns.
These shorter visits are best for check-ins, acute illnesses, and seasonal support. Not intended for complex case management or full reassessment.

Initial Intake

A thorough intake to review your full health history, current concerns, previous labs, medications, and lifestyle. We’ll create an initial treatment plan and determine which lab work (if any) is needed.
First Follow-Up

This visit is typically scheduled after your initial labs or once your treatment plan is underway. We’ll review findings in depth, refine your plan, and begin layering in additional strategies based on your body’s response.
Ongoing Follow-Ups

Used to monitor progress, adjust protocols, and continue moving toward long-term resolution and health optimization.
