Personalized treatment plans
One-on-one consultations
You'll receive the clarity you’ve been seeking, and a plan that is built specifically for your body.
How I Support Clients in Dallas
Most of the clients I work with come to me with one of these:
Beyond my core naturopathic training, I also hold additional training in IV therapy, craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, yoga, cardiometabolic health, mistletoe therapy in supportive cancer care, and aesthetic microneedling.
What Our Patients Are Saying
What Is Naturopathic Wellness?
Naturopathic medicine is a whole-person approach that blends modern science with evidence-informed natural therapies. Licensed naturopathic doctors complete a four-year doctoral program at an accredited naturopathic medical school — training in biomedical sciences, clinical diagnostics, nutrition, botanical medicine, and mind-body approaches.
What does working with me typically include?
Why Dallas Clients Seek Support
The clients I work with in Dallas often carry a specific mix: demanding work cultures driving chronic stress and cortisol dysregulation, long commutes eroding sleep, dry Texas heat and seasonal allergen cycles that show up as inflammation and fatigue, and the exhaustion of moving through a large fragmented healthcare system where no one connects the dots. Whether you're in Uptown, Oak Cliff, Lakewood, or Preston Hollow, our work together happens the same way — to your device, on your schedule. I also support clients throughout Plano, Frisco, Irving, Arlington, and Fort Worth.
About Me
I'm Dr. Julia Navaro, a licensed naturopathic doctor working virtually with clients across the country. I earned my doctorate from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and completed two clinical residencies — at Emerald City Clinic in Seattle and Healing Roots Center for Transformation in San Diego.
My path wasn't a straight line. I originally prepared for conventional medical school — shadowing physicians, planning the whole route — but I kept getting stuck on the same question: why were so many compassionate doctors unable to practice the whole-person care they actually wanted to give?
The answer came from two places. My own early struggle to afford meaningful healthcare in my twenties, where I'd often leave appointments with a prescription but no understanding of what was happening in my body. And watching my grandmother navigate multiple chronic conditions, where even dedicated physicians were boxed in by time and insurance.
This practice is my answer — grounded in science, guided by nature, and built around the complexity of real human lives.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. I work virtually with clients across Texas and throughout the country. Dallas and the broader DFW metro are welcome.
For individuals in other states, I cannot provide any medical advice, diagnosis or treatment of disease (meaning also no prescription medications), but I can provide wellness recommendations including nutrition, supplements, botanicals, lifestyle guidance and mind-body approaches.

No. I don't accept insurance, but I provide superbills where applicable — you can submit them to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. We'll cover the details on the discovery call.
-
No. I work alongside your primary care provider or specialists, focusing on the root-cause work that doesn't fit into short conventional visits.

Everything happens online through secure video—no commute, waiting rooms, or time off work. You’ll get personalized guidance, lab recommendations when appropriate, secure messaging, flexible scheduling, and in-depth care with more one-on-one time. Services vary by state, and I’ll explain what’s available to you during your discovery call.
-
It varies. Most clients notice meaningful improvements within 4–8 weeks of starting a plan. More complex or long-standing concerns take longer. Your plan will be built around realistic milestones, not promises.
-
Scope varies by state based on naturopathic licensing. I'll walk you through exactly what's available to you on your discovery call.
-
You get access to a secure messaging portal where you can review recommendations, message me between visits, and track your plan.
A note on scope: Naturopathic medicine is regulated differently across states. I'm a licensed naturopathic doctor, and the specific services available to you depend on the licensing status in your state. For clients in states where naturopathic medicine is not regulated as a medical profession, my services are provided as wellness consultations — education, lifestyle guidance, nutrition, and whole-person support — and are not a substitute for care from your primary care provider or specialists. What's available in your state will be explained on the discovery call.
